2000 – 2003: Developed an excellent reputation as a company who could service builders in installing quality products on new homes in Indian River County, Florida.

2003-2005: Maintained growth and expanded product line into the Accordion, Colonial, and Bahama impact shutters to meet the demands builders were expressing due to the extreme growth in our area of Florida.

2005- 2006: Expanded into manufacturing accordion shutters while maintaining installation demands from builders. Shoreline installed over 400 new construction homes per year with shutters during these two years.

2006-2007: Expanded shop into current facility. Began gearing business to manufacture all types of hurricane rated products. Shoreline was accepted into the (ASSA) American Shutter Systems Association and into (NAMI) National Accreditation & Management Institute.

2007: Purchased state of the art powder coating system. Invested in cutting edge “green” wash system, Powder booth and 20’0 curing oven in order to maximize quality and maintain standard of excellence with local business partners.

2008: Shoreline partners with Eastern Powdercoating LLC to manage Powdercoating services.

2008: Shoreline becomes primary shutter wholesaler to two major building products distributors in the South East US: Lansing Building Supply – Richmond, VA and ASHE Industries – Tampa, FL

2008: Shoreline introduces its HVHZ “High Impact Bahama” and HVHZ “High Impact Colonial” to the market. Engineering and product approval available on the State Website.
